Author Martyn Perry lives in South Wales with his wife, Fay. They have two sons, Jamie and Tristan.
Before becoming an Anglican/Episcopalian priest, serving in Parishes in London and South Wales since 1990, Martyn was a Baptist minister in England for three years. A central place in his ministry is teaching about Scripture, prayer, and worship — an interest he gained while training for ordained ministry. Over this period he developed a music ministry, leading worship, playing keyboards, and writing songs. He is a patron of Anglican Friends of Israel.
